Contract

National Bike Tyres must receive payment in full for the goods and delivery service that you require before we can accept your order.

Prices shown are correct at the time of the website publication update and are subject to change. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of current prices and information required by current legislation. Unless specifically requested, the customer acknowledges that the product data detailed at the time of purchase was sufficient to make an informed decision to enter into a contract.

An e-mail confirming the contract will be forwarded to the customer.

We will inform you of any price or delivery changes prior to despatch.

The customer further agrees that a handling charge of 20% of the total contract cost will be made for returning an unused product where

1)      the customer has incorrectly ordered an item, or

2)      no longer requires the item

Due to the nature of the product, no refund shall be given if the item has been used, unless proven to not be of merchantable quality.

The customer shall be responsible for return carriage costs.

Delivery

All orders received on a working day before 16:00 on the day of purchase will normally be despatched the same day, providing the item is in stock.

Delivery is normally next working day (excluding Highlands and Islands which can take up to 5 working days)

Saturday delivery can be arranged. Please contact us for availability and prices.

Goods will be delivered to the address entered through the payment pages unless you request otherwise, by contacting us and detailing alternative delivery arrangements

If an item is out of stock we will we inform you within 24 hours (excluding weekends). You must contact us at  customerservices@nationalbiketyres.co.uk  if you wish to cancel your order, otherwise your order will be processed and despatched as soon as stock becomes available.

Cancellations

Under current legislation, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven days.

Cancellation can only be accepted if goods to be returned are in original, unused  condition. The customer shall be responsible for return carriage charges.
